Can do lah. Just an ordinary 2 star hotel . I think the management employed very few staff and We don't see any security guards around. Parking space very limited for hotel guests and no security guard to ensure parking space are not occupied by outsiders..
I don't see the wash room around at the lobby and front dest staff hardly smile to their value customers.
Last but not least our stayed were ok but the hotel is lacking of staff to welcome the customers. You should emulate your nearby hotel like Shahzan hotel and etc.

Bilik bersih, cuma terdapat kesan cat/kulat lama di bahagian bawah dinding. Almari bersih dan disediakan sekali hanger berserta seterika. Cumanya satu perkara nak ulas iaitu paip air dalam tandas bocor dan menyebabkan tekanan paip air kurang. Sekian.

I always stay here every time my parents come for a walk in Kuantan. Strategic area because there are many restaurants next to the hotel and close to Taman Kerang and Menara Kuantan which is within walking distance.
